100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your first purchase of AWKND ONE is protected by our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If AWKND ONE is not right for you, contact us within 100 days of the date your order was delivered to request a refund.

To qualify for the guarantee, you must return the original AWKND ONE glass bottle or bottles included in the qualifying order, even if the bottles are empty or opened. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For an initial 90-day order, all original glass bottles included in that order must be returned to qualify for a full refund.

The guarantee applies only to:

• The customer’s first qualifying AWKND ONE order purchased directly from AWKND
• One guarantee claim per customer, household, or shipping address
• Requests submitted within 100 days of delivery
• Orders for which the original glass packaging is returned as required

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee, contact hello@getawknd.com within 100 days of delivery and provide:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The email address used to place the order
• A brief explanation of why AWKND ONE was not right for you

After your request is approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions.

The original glass bottle or bottles must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return authorization. Do not send your return to the address shown on the original shipping package unless AWKND specifically instructs you to do so.

Return Shipping Requirements

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original glass packaging.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number and shipping receipt. AWKND is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or misdirected during return transit.

The customer is responsible for appropriately packaging the glass bottle or bottles to help prevent damage during shipment.

A prepaid return label will not be provided for a standard money-back guarantee claim. AWKND may provide a prepaid label when a return is required because of an incorrect, defective, or damaged product caused by AWKND or its fulfillment partners.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the required glass bottle or bottles have been received and verified by AWKND.

Approved refunds will include the amount paid for the qualifying AWKND ONE product, after discounts or promotional credits.

The following amounts are nonrefundable unless required by law or the order resulted from an AWKND error:

• Original shipping charges
• Expedited shipping charges
• Return shipping costs
• Duties, taxes, or carrier fees that are not refundable to AWKND

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Failure to Return the Glass Packaging

AWKND may deny a guarantee claim if:

• The original glass bottle or bottles are not returned
• The return is shipped after the authorized return period
• Fewer bottles are returned than were included in the refunded order
• The returned packaging cannot reasonably be connected to the qualifying purchase
• The customer refuses to provide tracking or other reasonable evidence that the return was shipped

AWKND may waive the physical-return requirement at its sole discretion, but customers should not discard the original glass packaging until their refund has been completed.
