AWKND Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how AWKND LLC (“AWKND,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed through our website.
Shipping Locations
AWKND currently ships to valid residential and commercial addresses globally shipped from multiple warehouses in the USA.
We are unable to deliver to addresses that are invalid, incomplete, or outside the shipping regions available during checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.
Current AWKND ONE shipping rates are:
- 90-Day Subscription: Free standard shipping
- 30-Day Subscription: $5.95 standard shipping per shipment
- One-Time Purchase: $5.95 standard shipping per order
Promotional shipping offers may be available from time to time. Any applicable offer will be displayed during checkout and may be subject to separate terms or eligibility requirements.
Subscription Shipments
Subscription orders are shipped according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout:
- The 30-Day Subscription is generally processed every 30 days.
- The 90-Day Subscription includes three bottles and is generally processed every 90 days.
Applicable shipping charges are assessed on each recurring shipment unless the subscription offer specifically includes free shipping.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and updating their shipping address before the next subscription order is processed. Changes made after an order has entered fulfillment may not apply to that shipment.
Subscriptions may be managed through the customer account portal, including available options to pause, skip, cancel, or update future shipments.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During launches, promotions, holidays, periods of unusually high demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment facility.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, standard U.S. delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days and 5-13 days for international orders outside the USA.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside AWKND’s control.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing available tracking information.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to display movement after the shipping carrier receives the package.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing an order.
To request an address change, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@getawknd.com. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
AWKND is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Carrier delays may occasionally occur after an order has shipped.
If your tracking information has not updated for several business days or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@getawknd.com with your order number.
We will review the shipment and, when appropriate, open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Carrier investigations may require additional time to complete.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Check around the delivery location, including porches, side doors, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and reception areas.
- Ask members of your household, neighbors, or building management whether they accepted the package.
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.
- Contact AWKND if the package remains missing.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with the carrier investigation. Replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered will be evaluated individually and are not guaranteed when the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address supplied with the order.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, contact us within seven days of delivery at hello@getawknd.com.
Please include:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping box and mailing label
Please retain the product and original packaging until we have reviewed your request. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages
A package may be considered lost after the carrier confirms that it cannot be located or after the carrier’s applicable investigation period has passed.
When a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, AWKND will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacing the order or refunding the affected products.
Refused and Returned-to-Sender Shipments
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to AWKND may be subject to return shipping costs and any additional costs required to reship the order.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by AWKND.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain delivery addresses may be unavailable based on carrier limitations or service availability. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we cannot reasonably ship it to the address provided.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any return or refund request will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Unexpected Shipping Delays
If AWKND becomes unable to ship your order within the timeframe communicated at purchase, we may contact you with an updated estimate and available options, including cancellation and a refund when applicable.
