Excellent quality and works wonder for MTHFR if your seeking bio available forms of vitamins and folate. I like to split it into 2 doses. 3 capsules in an empty stomach when I wake up with electrolytes before shower. Then I take the last 3 capsules somewhere between lunch and dinner to maintain methylation and folate levels. It really does help but it's so potent if your sensitive titrate up to 6 a day. I was surprised at the difference switching to these made compared to cheaper cow organs for so long

I don’t notice any difference in how I feel taking this. I have reached out for help but I never get an answer. Pretty disappointed.

Where do I start? First week sleeping better, more energy, more alert, thinking better, no mid day slump. Cant wait to see if my hair stops falling out. The sleep quality alone is enough to make me a consumer for life. I am sensitive to beef but bison is working just fine.

I had been taking grass fed beef liver capsules for the last 2 years and felt they were very helpful. I started taking AWKND ONE 3 weeks ago and noticed a significant improvement by day 3. I’ve been taking AWKND One for just over a month and while I haven’t noticed too much, the one thing I have noticed is my nails are stronger. I used to have these ridges (Beau lines) in them as they would grow out. It started in my late 20s and I like to believe I am a healthy person (lift 4x a week, Whole Foods diet, spend time outdoors etc). The light research I’ve done, Beau lines can be cause by a vitamin deficiency (iron, zinc, B12) amongst other things that don’t apply to me. All that to say my nails are becoming more smooth as they grow out and growing out quicker. This is the only new thing I’ve added to my regime so I feel it’s safe to say that AWKND One is responsible for this lovely change and my body is receiving the nutrients.

So far so good! I have noticed a decrease in premenstrual headaches. Also, I definitely felt an increase in energy.
